5.Nothing happen when I try to print?

- Ensure you are using Rekdom's original power cable/adapter to connect and printer is ON.


- Ensure you have installed the driver software successfully follow our steps. 


- If you have re-installed the driver software, be sure to print to the same active printer name when printing. Like WU550 Printer(copy1), (copy2),...


- If you use multiple routers/networks, ensure your device is on the same network with the printer when you printing the labels. Like if you have use network 1 to configure to printer but your device is on network 2, then it is wrong.


- If you did the WPS way to connect to Wi-Fi, since a few WPS routers may encrypt the Wi-Fi password, when you restart the printer, the printer cannot automatically obtain the router password and it will not connect to Wi-Fi. For this reason, use Method ONE to connect to Wi-Fi and install the driver software again.


- The printer Wi-Fi configuration will change due to a new network environment. If your network changed, re-connect to the new network and re-install the driver software.
